ISOFORT

The new Isofort insulating panel is composed of pre-painted steel bilaminate and rigid polyurethane (PUR) or polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam. It incorporates an advanced double gasket system with internal and external mechanical seals, ensuring exceptional performance and increased load-bearing capacity.
Its tongue and groove design allows for secure fastening with concealed hardware, and is available in thicknesses from 2 ½“ to 8”, as well as in 22, 24 and 26 gauge.
Available in three widths:
*Isofort Pro: 36“ (914.4 mm)
*Isofort: 39” (990.6 mm)
*Isofort Plus: 42" (1066.8 mm)
It has three profiling options for the internal and external faces: box, plissé and piano.
These panels are designed for high specification projects that require resistance to extreme weather conditions and superior airtightness.

Double Union Properties

The double union forms a labyrinth-style barrier that physically blocks air intrusion during thermal expansion and contraction, ensuring long-term hermeticity—particularly critical for refrigeration applications.

Continuous moisture, vapor and water barrier:
Its labyrinth configuration creates an uninterrupted seal against wind-driven rain, condensation and vapor intrusion.

Concealed fasteners:
All fasteners are hidden within the union, producing a smooth, uninterrupted surface that enhances architectural appearance and eliminates potential weak points at the panel face.

Structural integrity:
Isofort's double union panel is rigidly designed to resist air infiltration and water penetration, providing a strong and durable envelope.

Cold-storage hermeticity:
In refrigerated facilities, the double joint supports oxygen-reduction systems by preventing even minor leaks, safeguarding sensitive, automated warehouse environments.
