In the North of the country, specifically in Nuevo León, there has been a notable growth in the number of construction within in the largest industrial parks in the area. Hofusan Industrial Park has give space to impressive Megaprojects such as warehouses, industrial building and plants. At first view, they stand out for their magnitude and capacity, but their design and aesthetic detail capture the eye for an instant
Within the industrial park we can find three main projects, totaling more than 90,000 m² of Isoparete Box wall insulation panels, in different thicknesses, gauges and colors depending on the specification. This gives each project excellent energy efficiency and indoor thermal comfort. Its recessed design allows for a clean and aesthetic finish thanks to its concealed fixing system. In addition, some sections feature a distinctive red color and plissé profiling on the outer face of the Isoparete panel, adding brand recognition to the works.
The conception of these industrial projects is due to one of the most important factors for the correct functioning of the insulating panel, which is the design and installation work, carried out with expertise and detail by our commercial partner GRCC. The versatility and manufacturing quality of the Isoparete panel have been satisfactorily complemented with a total constructive work.
